Robert R. Pratt

Robert R. Pratt is an Associate at Osterbrock & Associates, LLC. Rob’s practice concentrates on Tax, Tax Controversy and Tax Planning.  He specializes in representing clients within the full spectrum of substantive and procedural tax issues and all phases of tax controversy matters against the IRS and federal government.

Rob represents taxpayers in all aspects of IRS disputes and controversy, investigations, conservation easements, audit examinations, penalty abatements, and administrative appeals. Rob also has experience in business tax planning, tax-exempt organizations, U.S. withholding tax, and tax compliance. His clients often include high net worth individuals and their closely held entities, business enterprises, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.

Rob holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
